A guy I know has the Edge on his PSD. He runs it up to the highest setting. He romps on it and it smokes like a mother.
However, I don't know what intake mods, if any, he has. His exhaust is modified. Has tips on both sides of the truck, but don't know if it's true dual exhaust or split after the muffler.
Don't know if that will work for you or if you've tried it. Just thought I'd mention it.

you could always drop the edge and get a better tuner/chip
There's always injectors

The fuel plates and the fuel plate position change the amount of fuel you're pump will deliver. The P7100 pump has the plate, the VP44 don't have a plate as far as I know. I slid my plate forward the other day about 1/4" and it runs like a different truck and will smoke pretty good if I get on it hard. I'll try to get some pics on here.
